Tony winner BETH LEAVEL is a rare talent. With a voice that reaches the back row of any performance venue, her sense of humor & wit is only paralleled by her poignant way with a lyric. Beth was awarded the Tony, Drama Desk, NY Outer Critics Circle & L.A. Drama Critics awards for her tour-de-force performance as the title character in The Drowsy Chaperone. Other Broadway appearances include Mamma Mia!, Young Frankenstein, 42nd Street, Crazy for You, The Civil War, Baby, It’s You, Elf, & Showboat. Regionally, she’s played everyone from Dolly in Hello, Dolly! to Sally in Call Me Madam, M’Lynn in Steel Magnolias, Berthe in Boeing-Boeing & June in The Bandstand, in addition to her numerous roles off-Broadway & on television. Beth recently made her solo cabaret debut at New York’s premiere nightclub, Feinstein’s/54 Below, to sold out audiences. Look for tunes from classic Broadway musicals such as Before the Parade Passes By, The Winner Takes it All, & her signature, As We Stumble Along, as well as more contemporary fare including I Only Have Eyes for You, & So Emotional. One thing is for sure, audiences had best fasten their seat belts when this one of a kind talent takes the stage — she’s about to take you for the ride of a lifetime!
