When she burst onto the Broadway stage as Tracy Turnblad in the Broadway production of Hairspray, New York knew that it had a new star. A young entertainer with an old soul, MICHELLE DOWDY knocks them in the aisle with her critically-acclaimed show, A Brass Act, which combines hits from the 50’s & 60’s with classic Broadway tunes such as I Can Cook, Too, What Did I Have That I Don’t Have & The Man That Got Away to name a few. A nightlife & cabaret favorite, Michelle can be seen performing in concerts all over New York City in some of the most prestigious venues in town.
